RICS level valuations

As Registered Valuers under the RICS guidelines, we can provide you with “Red Book” valuations. A Red book valuation is a valuation that follows RICS’s global standard for providing accurate valuations on properties. This means our valuation is of the highest standard and follows internationally accepted standards. ‘Red Book’ valuations can be used for the following reasons:

A property valuation may be required for you or your client for a variety of reasons, including IHT, ATED, and Capital Gains Tax. Many valuations are computed at the time of sale or purchase, but tax valuations are computed at the time of reporting. A RICS chartered surveyor should always conduct property valuations.

Our expert team of RICS Registered Valuation Surveyors assesses the value of any residential property in London on-site. All of our valuations follow the Red Book standard, which is the professional standard set by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We do not perform desktop valuations because they do not meet the RICS Red Book standard.

Dispute Valuations

Probate and Inheritance Tax Valuation
