Their specialisation in party wall matters, RICS surveys, residential valuations and lease extensions aligns perfectly with Toynbee Associates’ mission to provide exceptional property related services throughout London.

A Boost to Our Party Wall Expertise

Simon Price, a seasoned surveyor with over 40 years of experience in RICS surveys and Party Wall practices throughout London and the Home Counties, brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. His expertise in party wall matters, valuations and lease extensions, coupled with his role as regional director of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors will be invaluable in expanding our party wall service. Simon’s presence will undoubtedly enhance our ability to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Victoria Barbor, a valued member of Price Partnership for 9 years, is joining our operations team to bring her outstanding practice management skills. Her role will be critical in enhancing our customer relations services, which will help bridge the gap between our clients and the business. We are committed to providing an even more seamless experience for our clients with Victoria’s expertise on board.

This acquisition officially took place on 6th December 2023. We are looking forward to integrating Price Partnership’s expertise seamlessly into our operations and continuing our journey of excellence.
