Welcoming Dela Nabidoost to the Toynbee Associates Party Wall Team

We are delighted to welcome Dela to our Party Wall Surveying team at Toynbee Associates. With a strong background in residential property and construction, Dela brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.

Originally studying Hydraulic Engineering, Dela later moved to London to qualify as an architect. Over nearly six years in the residential sector, she developed exceptional management skills and a talent for building client relationships, which naturally led her into the world of party wall surveying.

Dela is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). She is also an advocate for Women in Construction, working to support greater representation and inclusivity in the industry.

Dela was drawn to Toynbee Associates for their strong reputation, well-established structural engineering and surveying departments, and the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced surveyors. She also values the company’s commitment to employee well-being and flexible working arrangements, aligning perfectly with her professional outlook.

Outside of work, Dela is passionate about nature and the outdoors, enjoying activities such as hiking, camping, diving, and birdwatching. She also has a love for classical literature, dancing, wine tasting, and spending time with dogs.
